COTTAM

Winifred Cottam was born  in 1883, her family having come from England to Nebraska.  She married Thomas Eadington who was also from England, and then lived in Los Angeles.


FARRER

Mary Farrer was born in Pierce and married into the Rupert family in 1907.


LIGHTFOOT

Around 1892, our distant cousin John Lightfoot left his native Cumberland and emigrated to Nebraska.  He married Phoebe Hoff in 1899, children Lawson and Frances being born in Plainview, after when the family moved to Bristow, the birthplace of Ruby and John.  Another English relation, William Lightfoot also lived in this state for a short time before settling in Arizona.


MUSFELT

In 1873, Albert Clarence Musfelt was born in Nebraska the fifth child of Henry and Rachel whose lives have been explored through several generations.  Some of the other children of this family were Henry, Freemont, Orin,  Betsey and Vernon


RUPERT

John Clarence Rupert was born in Nebraska in 1889, the son of John and Susan who had moved westwards from Pennsylvania.


SMALL

Thomas Small of Indiana settled in Nebraska where he married a widow who has been born as Abigail Waters.  With her first husband she had children Ira and Minnie Viola Walker.  The children born in the period 1868 to 1877 after this second marriage were Samuel, Ella and Edward Small.  


WATERS

The Waters family had settled in Nebraska around 1860 when daughter Ida Prudence was born.  An older daughter, Abigail, married into the Small family, while Ida married married James Cruse, remaining in this state.
