DURBROW
Born in Fort Wayne in 1888, Charles Lloyd Durbrow served in the British Army in World War I. In 1918, he married Phyllis Bell, a distant relation of our family. Charles took his bride back to Indiana, the couple later moving into Illinois.
LITZ
John Litz, born in 1863, married the much older widow, Rachel Musfelt, in Newbraska in 1889. John was the son of Andrew and Rachel.
William Thomas Mills emigrated with his father and brother from Northumberland, England in 1892. The three men lived in various places in the USA, with William marrying and settling in Indiana for a number of years before moving on to Illinois. As he is related, we can trace his ancestry through several generations, particularly on his mother’s side.
SMALL
Thomas Small was born about 1833 in Indiana, but eventually became a farmer in Nebraska.
